Entry of the year award goes to ....

Entry list of the year (so far) is definitely the national finals. An amazing turnout of bikes especially the bar and slick variety. 12 in funny bike, and even 11 in Comp bike, nearly double the number at the last meeting.

There's even a couple of fuel bikes, one of which is Nick Milburn who used to race in comp bike. Whats happened to that class i don't know, it was only a few years ago there were 3 or 4 fuel bikes at every national meeting. If i knew how to build one i would.

Comp bike looks like this:
1       Philip Leamon    Leamon Bros Vehvac Special    1290cc
2       Harold Wolfenden    Triggers Broom II    1299cc
3       Phil Crossley    Team Bopchop    1500cc
4       Tony Clark    Outlaw Racing UK    1500cc
6       Jemma Venables    Ven Racing    1300cc
7       Lizz McCarthy    Minx    1500cc
10     Paul Wing    Shadowphax    1327cc
14     Kevin Osman        1300cc

42     Allan Davies    Gipp Racing    1428cc
635   Dave Batcheler    Plumb Crazy Racing    1340cc

Our race van has now been welded and finally passed it's MOT, i just need a day or two to refit the innards and we should be ready to travel down to the Pod early friday morning in time for the test day.
