For the first time in ages I've got the week off work, it was supposed to be a chilled out affair, getting the last few bits ready on the bike, getting it out of the cellar and setting the stall speed, and generally just dossing about. But Monday morning i called in at a friends workshop for a social visit and ended up buying a van full (and i mean full!) of old bike bits. I don't even know what most of it is, it's nearly all old British bike bits, Norton, Triumph etc. An awful lot of ebaying lies ahead, I've made a start over the last few days, the box i started on is nothing but piston rings .... hundreds of em!
