Ok, so no updates for nearly 2 months, then 2 at once ....
More of a picture update this, some of the parts I've managed to pick up on the cheap recently have arrived, so they were arranged for a photoshoot. Yes, sad huh??

85mm MTC piston blanks, came complete with rings, clips and pins.

Joining todays deliveries - a set of brand new really old stock 493 katana conrods. The 493 version of the GSX rod is regarded as the strongest, and when you need one can cost 100-150 each, but acquired for a lot lot less thanks to eBay.

The next part has been aquired thanks to the people of Heysham's bellies! Sponsors Argent Cakes have helped secure this V&H 2V prostock cylinder head. It's not here yet but is en-route. It's not being fitted for the 2013 season anyway, in fact i doubt it will even fit in my frame. But needless to say the next engine should be a fast un!
