Black powder

Today marked a large step forward with the new bike build. I collected the frame from Shermaynes Engineering where it was being blasted and powder coated. The result is better than i expected, the colour as you can see is gloss black and it suddenly it just looks ten times more finished.

It also means that i can actually start putting parts on the bike knowing it doesn't have to come apart again any more. James did the modeling this evening when i did a bit of a mock up. The bodywork is now in primer and I'll paint it properly when i get the time.
The real dilemma is whether it can be made ready in the two weeks remaining till the next race at Shakespeare county raceway. It still needs wheely bars, wiring, chain, and a few other bits and pieces.
