top yoke from K-cut today, i was relieved to find all my measurements were spot on as it fits very nicely. I drilled and tapped the holes for the pinch bolts, and now all that's left is to give it a sand down, soften up the edges a little and polish it.
I've also discovered i'd not allowed enough room between one of the frame rails and the chain run, so i'll have to modify one of the tubes to fit around it. All that's left to do to the frame now is one more mount for the chainguard, a couple of 1/4" BSP threaded inserts making (for storing air in the frame) and a couple of mounts for the battery box and sprocket support plate.
with any luck it'll be ready for welding next week.
