Variety is the spice of life!

The bike has been fired up, valve clearances rechecked and head re torqued, it sounded as good as ever and is finally ready for this weekends race - the 2011 Summer Nationals at Santa Pod.
We are still hoping to run at Fridays test day so we will be leaving early on Friday morning.

The entry list is a bumper one with 13 riders, however there are a couple of unusual entries....
Kev Charman makes a return to comp bike after a number of years riding in funny bike, he will be riding the Top Fuel bike of Vene van deburg, which he has been campaigning all year, and Steve French who normally runs in Funny bike but due to a lack of entries he has made the move once again into Comp bike for the weekend. It all adds up to what has to be the most varied class ever, and should provide some good racing.

The objective for the weekend? - well, of course we wanna have a good time, and we want to improve our times, but after the destruction of the last event I'll be happy if the bike runs well and comes home in one piece!

Eurodragster.com will be covering the event and the new live webcam will be broadcasting all three days. The entry list, running order and links to the webcam & Nitro Fm can all be found on their event coverage page HERE
