Shiny Nuts

A busy week with a hacksaw and a bunch of files
has produced some results where the frame is concerned.
Keeping everything square while tacking tubes into place is quite tricky as each weld moves everything about. I'm only tacking things into place as i can't weld. A friend will hopefully be able to mig everything up for me when it's done. And mig being fairly cold should reduce the amount of movement as it's welded up, or at least that's the plan.

A parcel arrived from Bob Brooks of Yellow Metal Racing today. It contained a wheel spindle and nuts that he has made for me. I bought the specially selected Steel online, and sent it to Bob who offered to do the threading for me as my Lathe isn't long enough to do it myself. As you can see he also made a set of flanged nuts to go with it. Many many thanks go to Bob for doing it, the quality of his work is fantastic as usual.
