Just a few days to go now until round 5 in the ACU championship. The inappropriately named National Finals at Santa pod isn't - as the name suggests, actually the finals at all. There will be one more round (the Extreme Performance Bike weekend) in a further two weeks time.
The entry list for both round is really good, with 12 bikes in Competition bike for this weekend. Being only a 2 day event it means it will be critical to get a good qualifying run in on the first time out, as it may well be the only run if last year was anything to go by.

We still have the larger (drilled out) nitrous jets (80hp) in from the last round and are hoping to go better than the previous best of 8.52. The top speeds have improved it just needs a good clean run to get a better ET. It probably won't be enough to qualify but if we go faster that's enough for the mission accomplished grin to come out.
