Hummm ... and more uummm. Kibblewhite springs anyone? In the catalogue its says that they recommend their valve retainers for this kit. But in reality you MUST use their retainers for this kit. The standard Suzuki retainers simply don't fit, with the step for the inner spring being too big. So rather than buy Kibblewhites retainers (which are titanium and cost a fortune) i'm going back to the Suzuki springs.
Also i don't think they were very good quality. the inner springs rub hard against the outer ones... that can't be right surely??
I have run out of shims for adjusting valve height., with only 3 left to do! I will try my local engineering shop for shims this week, as thats all i'm waiting for to get the head back on.
