Anti crud flap

There's still quite a bit to do but I'm off work for nearly 2 weeks over the festive period so I should get a fair bit done. I'm hoping to have the frame ready to go for welding in the next week or so.
This is how it looks so far....

I Made a mistake when machining the recess for the wheel bearing and cut it too big, but I've now put a sleeve in and it's perfect this time.

A top yoke is one of the next jobs to be water cut, i have a design ready and some 6082 ally on the way. I've added some mounting lugs to the headstock so i can make a proper front subframe to hold all the gadgets that sit up front.

The Forks are the RG125 ones i bought over a year ago. They will need the shortening and stiffening treatment of course!

I've bought a Fibreglass mudguard for the back wheel, hopefully it will stop all the burnout crud splattering all over the back of the bike.
